Installation charges are PKR 7,000 (one-time). This covers on-site setup, hardware configuration and staff training. Warranty service visits cost PKR 1,000 and after-warranty visits cost PKR 3,000.
Yes! The Offline Package works 100% without internet. Billing, inventory, reports and customer ledger all work offline. Your data stays safely on your own computer.
Yes. The Online Remote and SaaS packages include full Android app support. You can use an Android tablet or phone for billing, stock checking and sales reports from anywhere.

Basic setup needs a PC or laptop and an 80mm thermal receipt printer. Optionally a barcode scanner and cash drawer. For Android packages, an Android tablet or phone is required. We supply all hardware.
Installation takes 1–2 hours. Our technician visits your shop, installs the software, configures all hardware, sets up your products and provides hands-on staff training.
We provide WhatsApp support during business hours, remote desktop assistance via TeamViewer or AnyDesk, and on-site visits in Karachi. Customers in other cities get remote support.
Yes. The Enterprise Solution — 05 package supports full multi-branch management. Monitor sales, stock and reports of all branches from a single dashboard on any device.
Offline packages store data on your own computer — you are always in control. The SaaS package includes automatic cloud backup. One-click manual backup is available in all packages.
ST-POS supports cash, bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and customer credit accounts (khata/udhar). You can record any payment method and generate detailed receipts.
